    unsa na man ni mga taga lto kagawad. la may klaro ila pangdakop. walay may IRR ni ila AO. AHS-2008-015. in fact, naa man ni moratorium until 2013 pero murag wala man cla kabalo..luoy pod ni mga gagmay nga motorista nga naglisod na gani palit bugas, patakaan pa nila og hatag violations..
